Pufferfish, specialists in spherical touch sensitive display systems, have just launched a crowdfunding campaign on Crowdcube. Having already secured almost 40% of their target before the end of day one, the company is hoping to achieve ‘over-funded’ status on the funding platform. Currently the company has a customer base in 39 countries but it is looking to scale-up even further. This new investment will be used to realise that goal and to expand the company’s international reach by establishing a network of distribution partners.
Time to Expand
The company plans to invest capital in product stock and resources to meet the growing demand for their unique looking displays which use spherical projection technology. Not only does Pufferfish plan to enhance their in-house research and development department, it is also looking to expand its production facilities and to double its existing workforce.
